Privacy Policy

1. What we collect and why

We collect only what the app needs to work. There are no accounts, no analytics, no crash reports and no ads.

• Email address: only if you type it into the Contact Us form, so we can reply to you.
• Support messages: the text you send through the Contact Us form, so we can help you. Your message is sent with the app name and version.
• User ID: a random ID the app creates to keep track of your premium status. It does not reveal who you are.
• Device ID: a device identifier used to match your purchases to your device.
• Purchase history: which plan you bought and when, so the app can unlock premium and restore it.

2. What stays on your device

Your documents, scans, photos, edits, folders and file names stay on your device. We do not upload them and we cannot see them. Scanning, editing, compression and organizing all happen on your device.

When you share or print a document, it goes only to the app, person or printer you choose.

3. Permissions

The app asks for access only when you use a feature that needs it. You can change these choices at any time in iOS Settings.

• Camera: to scan paper documents.
• Photos: to import images you pick and turn them into PDFs.
• Files: to import documents you choose and save your PDFs.

4. Purchases

Premium is sold as a Weekly subscription with a free trial or a one time Lifetime purchase. Payments are handled by Apple through In-App Purchase. We never see your payment details.

A subscription management service receives your random user ID, a device identifier and your purchase history to confirm and restore your premium access.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings on your device.

5. Third parties

We share data only with the services that run the app for us: a subscription management service for purchases, and a form service that delivers Contact Us messages to us. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising or tracking.

6. Data retention and deletion

Your documents stay on your device until you delete them or remove the app.

We keep support messages only as long as we need them to help you. To ask us to delete your messages or purchase records, email us.

7. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it here with a new effective date.
